摘要
为了研究改性纳米SiO2有机成膜涂层对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。选择氯化橡胶(CR)、丙烯酸(AA)、醇酸磁漆(AR)三种有机成膜涂料,制备出了6种改性和未改性纳米SiO2有机成膜复合涂层混凝土,并采用电通量方法对涂层混凝土进行抗氯离子渗透能力测试。试验结果表明:在不同涂层材料中掺入未改性纳米SiO2的掺量为1%、2%以及改性纳米SiO2的掺量为2%、3%时,成膜复合涂层混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能最好,且改性比未改性纳米SiO2的改善效果要好。接触角测试结果表明:涂层混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力与涂层的疏水能力之间存在正相关关系,即表面涂层的疏水性能越强,涂层混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能越好。
In order to study the effect of modified nano-SiO2 organic film composite coating on the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete,three kinds of organic film-forming coatings were selected to prepare six modified and unmodified nano-SiO2 organic film-forming composite coating concretes,and the conductivity of the coated concrete was tested by the electric flux method.The results show that the improvement effect of the coating concrete with different coating type and W/C is different.The lower the W/C of concrete,the better the chloride ion penetration resistance of the coated concrete.The effect of nano-SiO2 particles on different coatings is different.Different types of film-forming coatings have different optimum nano-SiO2 content,and the modified SiO2 has better improvement effect than unmodified SiO2.The contact angle test shows that there is a positive correlation between the chloride ion penetration resistance of the coated concrete and the hydrophobic ability of the coating.
