摘要
目的:为适应我国针灸领域中电针治疗仪技术的快速发展,提高电针治疗仪的诊疗水准和完善其溯源体系,对电针治疗仪进行定期校准是必不可少的。方法:国内尚无可用于对其校准的标准装置。因此,根据浙江省地方技术规范JJF1123-2015《电针治疗仪校准规范》,研制电针治疗仪校准装置。即:通过功能选择模块实现对不同参数测量的自动切换;信号处理模块进行幅值衰减、电压跟随及放大及电平移位等处理,得到0~3.3V电压值;最后,使用STM32单片机内部12位A/D采集并在LCD上显示电压值。结果:实验测试表明,在250 Ω负载阻抗下,本装置的电压峰峰值、外壳漏电流、输出闭锁、直流分量及连续波频率校准模块的最大相对误差分别为0.55%、0.90%、0.40%、0.80%、-0.14%。结论:本装置符合电针治疗仪校准装置的技术指标要求。
Aims:It is essential to perform regular calibration to electro-acupuncture treatment instruments.There is currently no standard devices available for such calibration in China.Methods:This paper developed an electro-acupuncture therapy instrument calibration device according to the local technical specification of Zhejiang Province JJF1123-2015 “Electric Needle Therapy Apparatus Calibration Specification”.The function selection module of the device processed the essential parameters of the electro-acupuncture treatment device.It had the function of automatically switching the calibration channel.The signal processing module processed the essential parameters,including voltage amplitude attenuation,voltage following,voltage amplification,and level elevation.A voltage value of 0~3.3 V was obtained.Results:The internal 12-bit A/D of the STM32 microcontroller acquired voltage values.The corresponding value was displayed in real time on the LCD.Under the experimental conditions of 250 Ω load impedance,the maximum relative error of voltage peak-to-peak,casing leakage current,output blocking,direct-current (DC) component and continuous wave frequency were 0.55%,0.90%,0.40%,0.80%,and -0.14%.Conclusions:The experimental results show that it meets the technical specifications of the electro-acupuncture instrument calibration device.
