摘要
针对操动机构分合闸弹簧应力松弛严重影响高压断路器的可靠运行问题,以ZN12型高压断路器为研究对象,研究分合闸弹簧应力松弛对高压断路器分合闸运动特性的影响。采用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立该断路器的分合闸仿真模型,并通过试验结果验证仿真模型的准确性。开展断路器弹簧应力松弛试验,确定弹簧蠕变本构模型中的参数。将数值求解得到的服役后期弹簧应力松弛结果代入仿真模型,研究分合闸弹簧长期应力松弛后对断路器操动机构动触头时间-位移参数的影响。研究结果表明:应力松弛对分合闸运动行程影响较小,但会显著延迟分合闸运动时间,尤其是对分闸过程影响更大。研究方法和结论可为高压断路器弹簧操动机构的设计和高压断路器检修规程的制定提供理论参考。
To solve the problem that the stress relaxation of the switching spring in operating mechanism can severely affect the operational reliability of high voltage circuit breaker,ZN12 high voltage circuit breaker was selected as the research object to study the influence of the stress relaxation on the opening and closing kinetic characteristic.The simulation model for opening and closing operation of the high voltage circuit breaker was established in ADAMS and verified by experimental results.Short-term stress relaxation experiment of the switching spring was carried out and the parameters of the spring creep constitutive model were determined.Further,substituting the relaxation results obtained through numerical solution into the simulation model,the influence of long-term stress relaxation on the timedisplacement parameter of the moving contact in the operating mechanism was studied.The results show that the stress relaxation has little influence on the opening and closing displacement but dramatically cause the delay,especially to the open process of the high voltage circuit breaker.The study method and conclusion can provide theoretical reference to the design of the operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker and the formulation of maintenance procedures for high voltage circuit breaker.
