摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,配电网运行需要更多考虑人身安全约束。配电网发生断线接地故障时由于接地电流较大危及人身安全,考虑落地点电阻率、人体电阻等空间影响因素随机性和保护动作时间随机性,建立配电网发生断线接地故障时人体耐受和实际产生跨步电压的概率模型,分析了在不同影响因素之下的人身伤害概率和人体安全距离。
With the acceleration of urbanization, distribution network operation needs more consideration of personal safety constraints. In the case of breakage in power distribution network, due to the large ground current endangers the safety of human beings when the earth fault occurs, based on the randomness of influencing factors such as resistivity, grounding current and human body resistance, and the randomness of protection action time, the distribution network probabilistic model of human tolerance and actual step voltage in the event of a broken ground fault, and analysis of the probability of personal injury and human safety distance under different factors. The results showed that by increasing the fault identification and line selection ability, the circuit breaker with quick action is adopted under the premise of guaranteeing the protection action.
