摘要 反向螺丝钉桩是一种应用于铁路路基地基处理中的新型桩,因其桩身的特殊结构,可以较大的提高天然土层、软泥层、地下水丰富的地层的承载能力,降低路基的工后沉降,配合机械作业,施工方法简便、施工无噪音、无泥浆污染等优点。本文从宝鸡阳平铁路物流基地工程实践中,详细介绍反向螺丝钉桩施工工艺,分析反向螺丝钉桩常见问题及施工控制措施,提出解决解决办法,对方向螺丝钉桩的优点缺点进行详细分析,为反向螺丝钉桩施工提供一些可参考的经验。 Reverse screw pile is a new type of pile used in the foundation treatment of railway subgrade.Due to the special structure of the pile body,it can greatly improve the bearing capacity of natural soil layer,soft mud layer and groundwater-rich stratum,reduce the post-construction settlement of the roadbed and cooperate with the mechanical operation,and the construction method is simple,the construction is noise-free,and there is no mud pollution.This paper introduces the construction technology of reverse screw piles from the practice of Baoji Yangping Railway Logistics Base,analyzes the common problems of reverse screw piles and construction control measures,proposes solutions to the problems,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the reverse screw piles in detail,to provide some experience for screw pile construction.
