摘要
职工之家建设是做好工会工作的重要载体。2018年中央党的群团工作会议胜利召开以来,特别是中国工会十七大以来,为更好地适应当前职工队伍发展变化的新形势和更加有效地为职工群众提供精准服务、做好职工群众的"娘家人",我国工会之家建设日益深入,同时也掀起了各界对职工之家建设研究的新高潮,与职工之家研究有关的文献与日俱增。为更好地促进职工之家建设相关工作的推进和研究的开展,本文运用文献计量法对职工之家相关研究文献进行了量化分析,在职工之家的功能与作用、建家模式、建家策略和方法、建设经验等方面梳理总结了研究文献的重点内容,并对职工之家建设现有的研究成果、存在的不足和未来研究发展趋势进行了阐述。
The construction of the workers’home is an important carrier for the work of the trade union organizations.Since the meetings of mass organizations held in 2018,especially the17 th congress of Chinese trade union,it is a new situation that adapts to the development of the current staff and provides the accurate service for the workers more effectively.To be the family of the working people,the construction of the workers’home in our country is becoming more and more deeply,and the new high tide of the research on the construction of the workers’home is also raised,and the number of research literature about it is increasing.In order to promote the construction of the workers’home,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the relevant research literature by means of the literature measurement,summarizing the function,the building mode,the building strategy and the method.It also describes the existing research results,problems and the development trend of the future research.
