摘要
目的研究延续性护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月于我院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的84例患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(n=42)与实验组(n=42)。对照组采取常规护理,实验组则采取延续性护理干预。比较两组患者的术后指标、并发症总发生率及满意度。结果实验组患者首次进食时间、住院时间、下床活动时间及首次排气时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者给予延续性护理,可取得显著性效果,能够有效改善指标,减少术后并发症,进而提高患者满意度,促进疾病康复。
Objective To study the application effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,84 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were enrolled as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into reference group (n=42) and experimental group (n=42).In the control group,routine care was used,while in the experimental group,continuous nursing intervention was adopted.The postoperative indexes,total incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first time of food ingestion,hospital stay,time of getting out of bed and the first exhaust time in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the reference group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,with a significant difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can achieve a remarkable effect,which can improve indicators,reduce postoperative complications,and increase satisfaction and promote recovery.
