摘要
建立热解析-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中的乙醚。以热解析仪处理样品,气相色谱法进行测定。测定乙醚的线性范围为0.00~3.20μg,相关系数为0.9999,精密度为0.66%~0.88%,方法解吸效率为99.0%~100.0%。该方法灵敏度和准确度高,操作简便,具有较低的检出限,可用于工作场所空气中乙醚的测定。
Establishment of thermal analysis gas chromatography for the determination of ether in workplace air.Samples were treated by thermal analyzer and determined by gas chromatography. Linear range for the determination of ether was 0.00 ~ 3.20 μg,the correlative coefficient was 0.999 9,the relative standard deviation was 0.66%~ 0.88%, the analytic efficiency was 99.0%~ 100.0%.The proposed method has high sensitivity and accuracy,simply operation,lower detecting limit,it can be used for determing ether in workplace air .
