摘要
通过对乐平共产主义水库水源地调查及保护区划定,结合保护区各类型污染源调查结果,分析农田补偿、林业补偿、渔业养殖补偿和畜禽养殖补偿方法和要求,提出江西省水源保护生态补偿政策建议和补偿方案初步设想。
Based on the investigation of the source area of Leping Communist Reservoir and the delimitation of the reserve,and combined with the investigation results of various types of pollution sources in the reserve,the author analyzed the methods and requirements of farmland compensation, forestry compensation,fishery compensation and livestock and poultry compensation,and put forward the preliminary ideas of ecological compensation policy and compensation scheme for drinking water conservation in our province.
