摘要
目的:观察三虫通络化风汤加减联合"标本配穴"针剌治疗2型糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中后肢体痉挛临床效果。方法:以2018年3月~2019年3月期间在我院由于2型糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中后肢体痉挛的120例患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字法,分为4组,其中对照组采用常规的基础内科治疗,实验1组采用基础内科治疗配合三虫通络化风汤加减治疗,实验2组在内科基础治疗的基础上配合标本配穴治疗,实验3组在基础治疗的基础上配合三虫通络风汤加减联合"标本配穴"针刺。对四组患者的肢体痉挛的疗效、神经功能、肌张力和安全性进行对比。结果:干预后实验3组的肌张力要显著显著的优于对照组和实验1、2组,干预后实验1、2组的肌张力要显著的高于对照组,干预后的肌张力情况均要显著的优于干预前,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);实验3组的治疗肢体痉挛的有效率均要显著的高于对照组和实验1,2组,实验1,2组治疗肢体痉挛的疗效要显著的高于对照组,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);实验3组的治疗后NIHSS评分要显著的优于对照组、实验1组和实验2组,实验1组和实验2组的NIHSS评分要显著的优于对照组,各组治疗后的NIHSS评分均要显著的优于对照组,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);结论:三虫通络化风汤加减联合"标本配穴"针剌在治疗2型糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中后肢体痉挛过程中具有良好的疗效,明显改善患者的神经功能和肌张力,提高实验的安全性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using Modified Three Insect Tongluo Decoction combined with "sample matching points" acupuncture in the treatment of limb spasm after type 2 diabetes mellitus and ischemic stroke. Methods:120 patients with limb spasticity after type 2 diabetes combined with ischemic stroke in our hospital during the period of March 2018 and March 2019 were studied. Were randomly divided into 4 groups,the controlled group was treated with conventional treatment,the experimental group 1 was treated with Modified Three Insect Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,the experimental group 2 was treated with "sample matching points" acupuncture on the base of the controlled group,the experimental group 3 was treated with Modified Three Insect Tongluo Decoction combined with "specimen with acupoint" acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group. The effect,nerve function,muscle tension and safety of the four groups of patients with limb spasm were compared. Results:The muscle tension of the intervention in the 3 groups were significantly better than the controlled group and the experimental group 1,2. The intervention of the muscle tension of the experimental group1,2 group compared to the controlled group was significantly higher than that of the dry muscle tension,the prognosis was better than before the intervention significantly,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Effect of the rate of limb spasm treatment and the experimental group 3 were higher than that of the controlled group and the experimental group 1,2 significantly,the curative effect of the experimental group 1,2 of spastic limbs should be significantly higher than the controlled group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The treatment group after the experiment of 3 NIHSS scores were significantly better than the controlled group,the experimental group 1 and the experimental 2,NIHSS of the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 were significantly better than the controlled group,each group after treatment,the NIHSS scores were significantly better than the controlled group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Three Worms Tongluo Decoction combined with "specimen matching points" has a good effect in the treatment of limb spasticity after type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with ischemic stroke,which significantly improves neurological function and muscle tension,and improves the safety of the experiment.
