摘要
通过改进的采样方法,可以实现电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪快速检测植物油中的磷含量。紫外分光光度计的比较数据表明,与紫外分光光度计相比,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法能更快速、重现性地测定植物油中的磷含量。定量限更低。
Rapid detection of phosphorus content in vegetable oil by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)can be achieved through improved sampling method.The comparison data of UV spectrophotometer show that ICP-OES can detect phosphorus content in vegetable oil more quickly and reproducibly than UV spectrophotometer.The limit of quantitation is lower.
