摘要
分析了集中润滑系统的技术特点,以及单线式和递进式集中润滑系统的优缺点。以GY08A集中润滑系统为研究对象,分析吸空失效与分配器堵塞的原因,并进行总体结构改进与润滑泵结构改进。结构改进后,提高了GY08YA集中润滑系统的可靠性和效率,减轻了工人的工作量,具有参考价值。
The technical characteristics of the centralized lubrication system and the advantages and disadvantages of the single -line and progressive centralized lubrication systems were analyzed. Taking GY08A centralized lubrication system as the research object, the causes of suction failure and distributor blockage were analyzed, and the improvement of global structure and the structure of lubrication pump were carried out. After the structural improvement, the reliability and efficiency of the GY08YA centralized lubrication system are improved with reduced workload of the workers, which has reference value.
