摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH570、钛酸酯偶联剂311及硬脂酸钙3种改性剂对磷石膏进行高混改性,测试其吸油值及接触角变化,考察了改性剂差异对磷石膏表面改性效果的影响,分析了不同改性剂的性质差异对PC/ABS(聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)的力学影响。结果表明,3种改性剂与磷石膏表面发生反应提高其表面的疏水性能,硬脂酸钙较KH570及钛酸酯偶联剂疏水性能提升显著,接触角最高可达124.4°;改性磷石膏添加量为10%时,KH570改性磷石膏填充PC/ABS拉伸、弯曲及冲击性能较纯PC/ABS分别提升10.0%、33.9%、80.5%;扫描电镜显示KH570及钛酸酯311偶联剂改性磷石膏与基体相容性较好,硬脂酸钙改性磷石膏提高了磷石膏在PC/ABS基体材料中的分散性。
Phosphogypsum was highly modified by silane coupling agent KH570, titanate coupling agent 311 and calcium stearate. The oil absorption value and contact angle were tested. The difference of modifier was investigated. The influence of the surface modification effect of gypsum on the mechanical influence of PC/ABS on the difference of properties between different modifiers was analyzed. Studies have shown that the three modifiers react with the surface of phosphogypsum to improve the hydrophobic properties of the surface. Calcium stearate has a significant improvement in hydrophobic properties compared with KH570 and titanate coupling agents, and the contact angle is up to 124.4°;When the amount of gypsum added is 10%, the tensile, bending and impact properties of PC/ABS filled with KH570 modified phosphogypsum are 10.0%, 33.9% and 80.5% higher than that of pure PC/ABS, respectively. Scanning electron microscope shows KH570 and titanate 311. The coupling agent modified phosphogypsum has good compatibility with the matrix, and the calcium stearate modified phosphogypsum improves the dispersibility in the matrix material.
