摘要
本文提出了一种空调低压轴流弯掠叶片参数化优化方法,并运用该方法,设计了一款空调外机轴流风叶。该方法通过Matlab语言,实现风叶沿径向不同半径上叶栅的积迭线选择与控制、弯角、掠角和安装角的精确控制与数据更新,联合CFD仿真技术,研究弯角、掠角和安装角对空调外机出风特性的影响。实验结果表明,本方法可行性高,风叶优化后,空调外机风量提升14.4%,噪音降低1dB。
A parametric optimization method of skewed-swept blade of the low pressure axial fan of air conditioner is proposed in this paper.By using this method,the axial fan of an air conditioner external machine is optimized.The program is compiled with Matlab language to insure the precise control and update of the blade parameter,such as the stacking line,crook angle,sweep angle,and blade stagger angle on the cascade of different radius.Combining with CFD simulation technology,the influence of the crook angle,sweep angle and blade stagger angle on the blowing characteristics of the air conditioner are analyzed.The experimental results show that,the air flux of the air conditioner external machine is increased by 14.4%and the noise is reduced by 1 dB,which shows the high feasibility of this method.
