摘要
采用微波辅助均匀沉淀法制备Al掺杂ZnO粉体,通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对其结构和形貌进行表征,研究纳米Al掺杂ZnO粉体对甲基橙染料废水的光催化降解性能。结果表明:当pH=4.0、微波时间为15 min、微波功率为中火,Al掺杂ZnO粉体对甲基橙的降解率可达98%。
The Al doped ZnO powders were prepared by microwave-assisted homogeneous precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope,and its catalytic activity for oxidation of methyl orange. The results show that the nano-Al doped ZnO prepared by microwave-assisted homogeneous precipitation method. The rate of degradation reached98% when microwave time is 15 min,the microwave power is medium-fire and the system pH=4.0.
