Exploration of new model of tracking evaluation on food rapid inspection products

摘要 目的了解快检产品拟采购前和使用中产品性能的一致性与稳定性,及快检产品在使用中的质量状况和实际成效。方法选取16个快检产品,420批次真实样品,进行实验室参比方法与快检方法的双盲检测,评估快检产品的准确性和可靠性。结果本研究共检出快检阳性96项次,参比方法确证64项次,验证符合率为98.25%(1793/1825),经试验分析发现样品基质、样品状态、标示检出限与实际不符、产品质量不稳定等因素会导致快检结果与实验室结果不一致。结论建立"真实样品双盲检测式"食品快速检测产品跟踪评价新模式,可有效弥补快检产品评价中盲样基质种类的有限性、阴性样品加标浓度的单一性等不足。 Objective To understand the consistency and stability of the performance of rapid inspection products before and during the purchase of the product, as well as the quality status and actual efficiency of the product in use.Methods Sixteen kinds of rapid inspection products and 420 batches of real samples were selected for double-blind detection of laboratory method and rapid detection method to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of rapid inspection products.Results A total of 96 positive samples were detected by the rapid inspection products,and 64 positive samples were confirmed by the laboratory method, and the verification coincidence rate was 98.25%(1793/1825).The validation results showed that the factors affecting the quality of the products included matrix interference, state interference of the samples to be tested, inconsistency between the labeling detection limit and the actual situation, and unstable product quality.Conclusion A "real sample double-blind detection" model is explored and established to evaluate the performance of food rapid inspection products being used, which can effectively remedy the shortcomings in the evaluation of rapid inspection products, including the limitation of the blind sample matrix type, uniformity concentration of standardized samples and so on.
