摘要
影响热轧板带产品质量的表面缺陷形貌多样、机理复杂,涉及冶金成分控制、铸坯质量、热轧等多个工艺环节。为解决表面判定中标准执行不规范、质量判定尺度不一致、漏检错判、客户需求无法实现的种种问题,从热轧表面图谱制定研究、表检仪缺陷检测关键技术、表面缺陷等级系统的设计、表面自动判定产品大类级别系统的设计等方法上,就如何实现表面质量智能化自动判定展开论述,同时在相关系统中实现了智能化自动判定流程,绝大部分缺陷判定准确率达到90%。
The surface defects affecting the quality of hot-rolled strips are various in appearance and complicated in mechanism,which involve many technological links such as the metallurgical composition control,slab quality and hot rolling.In order to solve the problems of non-standard implementation,inconsistent quality criteria,missed detection and wrong judgment,and customer demand during the surface judgment,from the research of hot-rolled surface atlas formulation,the key technology of defect detection of the surface inspection instrument,the design of surface defect grade system and the design of surface automatic judgment product grade system,how to realize the intelligent automatic judgment of surface quality was discussed.At the same time,the intelligent automatic judgment process was realized in the related system,and the accuracy rate of most defect judgment reached 90%.
