摘要
目的研究多发伤致失血性休克患者的院前急救护理措施。方法选择2016年9月至2018年9月于我中心治疗多发伤致失血性休克患者52例,均行院前急救护理。结果 52例多发伤致失血休克患者均行院前急救护理后,安全转运45例患者至急救室抢救,院前急救成功率91.74%。另外7例患者,其中5例因颅脑受到重击,中途发生脑出血死亡;2例因与货车相撞,伤势过重死亡。结论针对多发伤致失血休克患者给予院前急救护理,可以提高急救成功率,改善患者急救状态。
Objective To study the pre-hospital emergency care measures for patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by multiple injuries. Methods A total of 52 patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by multiple injuries were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018. All patients were treated with pre-hospital emergency care. Results Fifty-two patients with multiple blood loss and blood loss shock were treated with pre-hospital emergency care, 45 patients were safely transported to the emergency room for emergency rescue. The pre-hospital first aid success rate was 91.74%. In addition, 7 patients, 5 of them were severely hit by the brain, and cerebral hemorrhage died in the middle;2 cases died due to collided with the truck. Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency care for patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by multiple injuries can improve First aid success rate to improve the patient’s first aid status.
