摘要
目的研究分析实施多媒体视觉训练对于儿童弱视问题的治疗效果。方法使用针对此次研究专门设置的"多媒体视觉训练系统"对年龄在3-13岁之间的38名儿童开展治疗活动,通过调查研究发现,患者出现弱视的程度与类型以及患者在注视方面的差异上不具备统计学意义。结果在对此38例患者进行治疗一个疗程之后,治疗有效的眼睛为49眼,治疗的有效率为72.1%。其中对于患者出现中心注视性弱视、屈光不正性弱视、年龄4~6岁的弱视以及轻度的弱视情况具有很好的治疗效果。结论通过对儿童弱视病情采取多媒体视觉训练系统的治疗方式,具有比传统治疗方式更为趣味性的优点,从而大大提高了弱视儿童其在治疗过程中的积极性与主动性,具有比传统治疗弱视更为显著的效果。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of multimedia visual training on amblyopia in children.Methods 38 children aged 3-13 years old were treated with the multimedia visual training system specially designed for this study. Through investigation and study, it was found that the degree and type of amblyopia and the difference in gaze between the patients had no statistical significance. Results After a course of treatment, 49 eyes were treated effectively, and the effective rate was 72.1%. Among them, it has a good therapeutic effect for patients with central gaze amblyopia, ametropic amblyopia, amblyopia aged 4-6 years and mild amblyopia. Conclusion Multimedia visual training system is more interesting than traditional treatment for amblyopic children, which greatly improves their enthusiasm and initiative in the treatment process, and has a more significant effect than traditional treatment for amblyopic children.
