摘要
目的分析神经内科患者住院期间安全问题及人性化护理对策。方法选择从2017年10月至2018年10月收治的神经内科住院患者82例,依据随机原则将其划分2组,设为研究组(41例)和对照组(41例),分别实施常规护理、人性化护理,对比护理人员能力考核评分、护理安全问题发生率。结果研究组考核评分(基础护理、消毒卫生、安全问题识别、预防)显著高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组护理安全问题发生率(2.44%)显著低于对照组(19.52%),P<0.05。结论神经内科患者住院期间较易出现的问题为跌倒、坠床、自杀、意外刺伤,同时还包括输液反应和抵触治疗等。实施人性化护理可将护理人员基础护理技能能力显著提升,使安全问题发生率显著降低,效果满意。
Objective To analyze the safety problems and humanized nursing countermeasures of neurology patients during hospitalization.Methods 82 neurology inpatients who were admitted to Guan Xian People's Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 patients in each group.Routine nursing and humanized nursing were respectively implemented in the control group and in the observation group.The ability assessment scores of nursing staff and incidence of safety problems were compared between the two groups.Results Firstly,the ability assessment score of the nursing staff in the observation group (including basic nursing,disinfection and sanitation,and identification and prevention of safety problems) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Secondly,the incidence of safety problems occurred to the patients in the observation group was 2.44%,significantly lower than 19.52% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The most common safety problems in neurology patients during hospitalization include falling down,falling out of bed,suicides,accidental puncture,as well as infusion reactions and resistance to treatment.The implementation of humanized nursing can significantly improve basic nursing skills of nursing staff, and thus significantly reduce the incidence of safety problems and achieve satisfactory effects.
