摘要
改革开放以来,以乡镇企业异军突起为起点的中国乡村创业,经历了“脱农”、“离村”、“回乡”的复杂演进过程,不断探索中国乡村“绿水青山就是金山银山”创新发展理念的振兴道路。从实践来看,以农业为基础,强化农民的主体地位,鼓励农民草根参与,通过城乡要素互动,构建农村一二三产业融合发展体系,注重农村生态保护与经济发展的协调统一,是未来乡村创业发展的趋势。
Chinese rural entrepreneurship,starting from the emergence of rural township enterprise,has encountered a complex evolutionary process from"departing from the duty of supplying the needs of agriculture","leaving villages",to"returning to the country"since China's reform.In the course of this,the entrepreneurship has been exploring the way of revitalization with a new model of development guided by the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.From the perspective of practice,consolidating the central position of the peasants with taking the agriculture as the foundation,encouraging peasants to participate,and establishing an integrated development system of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas with the coordination of economic development and environmental protection,are trends of the development of rural entrepreneurship in the future.
