摘要
为研究茉莉净油的化学成分及其体外抗氧化活性,采用GC-MS法测定茉莉净油的化学成分,应用磷钼络合物法和邻二氮菲-Fe^2+法分别测定其体外总抗氧化活性及羟自由基清除率,并与常用抗氧化剂BHT做比较。结果显示,从茉莉净油中共分离得到148个峰,解析出87个峰,其中乙酸苄酯(16.56%)、芳樟醇(11.83%)、顺式-3-己烯醇苯甲酸酯(11.16%)、氨茴酸甲酯(9.48%)、乙酸芳樟酯(7.67%)、丙酸苄酯(6.70%)、苯甲醇(5.75%)、3,7,11-三甲基-1,3,6,10-十二碳-四烯(5.55%)、吲哚(4.07%)、诱虫烯(2.84%)等物质质量分数较高;茉莉的总抗氧化活性优于BHT,而羟自由基清除率略弱于BHT。
To study the chemical constituents of jasmine absolute oil and its antioxidant activity in vitro,the chemical constituents of jasmine oil were determined by GC-MS.The total antioxidant activity and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate in vitro were examined by phosphomolybdenum complex method and phenanthroline-Fe^2+ method.Its various antioxidant activities were compared with the commonly used antioxidant BHT.Our results found that 148 peaks were isolated from jasmine oil,among which 87 peaks were identified.Its major constituents include benzyl acetate (16.56%),linalool (11.83%),cis-3-hexenyl benzoate (11.16%),methyl anthranilate (9.48%),linalyl acetate (7.67%),benzyl propionate (6.70%),benzyl alcohol (5.75%),trans-α-farnesene (5.55%),indole ( 4.07%),cis-9-tricosene (2.84%),etc.The total antioxidant activity of jasmine was found to be better than that of BHT,and the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was shown to be slightly weaker than that BHT.
