摘要
针对电动汽车动态无线供电系统中电能耦合机构间传输效率与接收电流的波动性问题,推导了系统传输效率函数,并通过分析控制方式得到了原边线圈电流与系统切换控制之间的关系;进而提出了一种具有自检测步进切换功能的发射端控制策略和车载三线圈接收结构;最后构建了5kW动态无线供电系统模拟平台,通过实验验证了该结构能够有效减小系统传输效率和接收电流的波动。
Aiming at the volatility of transmission efficiency and receiving current between the power coupling mechanisms in the dynamic wireless power supply system of electric vehicle,this paper derives the transfer efficiency function of the system,and the relationship between the original coil current and the system switching control is obtained by analyzing the control mode.Then,a transmitter control strategy with self-detecting step-switching function and vehicle-mounted three coil receiving structure are presented.Finally,a 5kW dynamic wireless power supply system simulation platform is built.It is proved by experiments that this structure can effectively reduce the fluctuation of the system transmission efficiency and the receiving current.
