摘要
近年来,随着农村电商的异军突起,农产品物流需求大幅增加,农产品物流模式亟待发展和创新。资源整合的要求、食品质量安全的压力催生了新的农产品物流模式——物流联盟。为解决物流联盟运营过程中的伙伴关系管理、风险控制等问题,文章通过分析信息网络平台、物流园区规划与布局、物流联盟成员企业关系管理三大模块,提出构建以物流园区为核心节点的农产品物流联盟体系,并对物流联盟模式的发展提出建议。
In recent years,with the emergence of rural e-commerce,the demand for agricultural products logistics has increased dramatically,and the mode of agricultural products logistics needs to be developed and innovated ur gently.The requirement of resource integration and the pressure of food quality and safety give birth to a new lo gistics model of agricultural products-logistics alliance.In order to solve the problems of partnership management and risk control in the process of logistics alliance operation,the construction of agricultural product logistics alliance system was put forward with the logistics park as the core node by analyzing three modules:information network platform,layout and planning of logistics park and enterprise relationship management of logistics alliance members,and some suggestions were put forward for the development of logistics alliance model.
