摘要
目的 探讨回馈教学对肺癌根治手术患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性与健康信念的影响。方法 将2017年10月至2018年6月收治的72例肺癌根治手术患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行回馈教学。比较两组患者呼吸功能锻炼知识掌握情况、依从性与干预前后健康信念。结果 两组呼吸功能锻炼知识掌握情况、依从性与干预后健康信念评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 回馈教学有助于改善肺癌根治手术患者的呼吸功能锻炼依从性与健康信念,值得在肺癌根治术患者中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of feedback teaching on respiratory function exercise compliance and health belief in patients undergoing radical operation of lung cancer. Methods To select 72 patients with radical operation of lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 as the study subject. They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given feedback teaching on the basis of the control group. The knowledge of respiratory function training, compliance and health beliefs before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge of respiratory function training, compliance, and post-intervention health belief scores between the two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion Feedback teaching can improve the respiratory function compliance and health beliefs of patients with radical operation of lung cancer. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application in patients with radical operation of lung cancer.
