摘要
目的探究雌激素受体α(ERα)、雌激素受体β(ERβ)、G蛋白偶联雌激素受体30(GPR30)及雄激素受体(AR)在人良性前列腺增生组织的表达及其意义。方法取良性前列腺增生组织标本48例及膀胱癌根治术病理诊断为正常前列腺组织标本19例,利用RT-PCR及Western blotting检测两种前列腺组织中ERα、ERβ、GPR30、ARmRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果与正常前列腺组织比较,良性前列腺增生组织ERα、ARmRNA及蛋白表达明显增加(P均<0.05),GPR30mRNA及蛋白表达明显减少(P均<0.05),ERβmRNA及蛋白表达两者差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论性激素相关受体表达水平的紊乱可能是诱发良性前列腺增生的危险因素。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of estrogen receptorα(ERα),estrogen receptorβ(ERβ),G protein-coupled receptor 30(GPR30)and androgen receptor(AR)in human normal prostate tissues and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues.Methods The mRNA and protein levels of ERα,ERβ,GPR30,and AR were detected in 48 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues and 19 cases of normal prostate tissues by RT-PCR and Western blotting.Results Compared with the normal prostate tissues,the mRNA and protein levels of ERαand AR increased significantly(both P<0.05),and the mRNA and protein levels of GPR30 decreased significantly in the benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues(both P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in the ERβmRNA and protein expression between the normal prostate tissues and benign prostatic hyperplasia(both P>0.05).Conclusion The imbalanced expression of estrogen and androgen receptors may be the risk factor of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
