摘要 现如今,我国石油污染事件时常发生,石油在水体中的大量存在将会影响整个水体生态系统。依据标准《水质中石油紫外分光光度法》HJ970-2018,从标准出台背景、方法概述、仪器和试剂、实验操作和注意事项等方面研究。通过实验结果发现,方法检出限为0.007mg/L,低于标准规定检出限0.01mg/L,满足要求;曲线相关性系数R为0.99998,满足国标要求;三种不同浓度试样的准确度、精密度等均符合方法要求。监测数据科学准确,可对水质中石油类的监测分析提供经验参考。 Nowadays,petroleum pollution often occurs in China.The large amount of petroleum in water will affect the whole water ecosystem.According to the standard of Water Quality-Determination of Petroleum-Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric Method (HJ970-2018 ),the national standard background,principle of method,reagents and materials,matters needing attention in the experiment were researched.The results showed that the limitation of the method was 0.007 mg/L,which was lower than the standard limit of 0.01 mg/L.The correlation coefficient of the curve was 0.99998,which met the requirements of the national standard.The accuracy and precision of three concentrations sample met the requirements of the standard.The monitoring data were scientific and accurate,which could be used as an empirical reference for petroleum monitoring and analysis.
