不同分散剂及其复配对神华新疆煤成浆性影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 以神华新疆制浆用煤为原料,分别考察了萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(萘系)分散剂、木质素磺酸钠分散剂和碱木素分散剂的性能以及对原料煤成浆性影响。接触角测量结果和成浆性实验结果均表明萘系的分散效果优于木质素磺酸钠,碱木素分散效果最差。当3种分散剂的添加量从0.2%升至0.6%时,黑山煤和红山泉煤的最高成浆浓度分别提高了两个百分点,分散剂的最佳添加量为0.4%。当分散剂的添加量为0.4%时,黑山煤和红山泉煤掺混制浆,混煤的最高成浆浓度随着红沙泉煤的掺混比例的增加而降低。使用萘系与碱木素复配作为分散剂,在保证混煤制浆浓度为59%以上时,红沙泉煤的掺混量应在60%以下,萘系的复配量在40%以上;使用萘系与木质素磺酸钠复配作为分散剂,保证混煤制浆浓度为59%以上时,红沙泉煤的掺混量为80%以下,萘系的复配量在40%以上。 Taking Shenhua Xinjiang coal as raw material for pulping,the properties of naphthalene sulfonate-formaldehyde condensate (naphthalene series),sodium lignosulfonate and alkali lignin and their effects on slurry properties of raw coal were investigated.The results of contact angle measurement and pulpability test show that naphthalene is better than sodium lignosulfonate,and alkali lignin is the worst.When the additive amount of the dispersants increased from 0.2% to 0.6%,the maximum slurry concentration of Heishan coal and Hongshanquan coal increased by two percentage points,and the optimum dosage of dispersant was 0.4%.When the dosage of dispersant was 0.4%,and the Heishan coal and Hongshanquan coal was mixed to make the slurry,the maximum slurry concentration of blended coal decreased with the increase of blending ratio of Hongshaquan coal.The mixture of naphthalene and alkali lignin is used as dispersant to ensure that the pulping concentration of blended coal is above 59%.At this time,the blending amount of Hongshaquan coal is below 60%,and that of naphthalene system is above 40%.The mixture of naphthalene system and sodium lignosulfonate is used as dispersant to ensure that the pulping concentration of blended coal is above 59%.Furthermore,the blending amount of Hongshaquan coal is below 80%,and that of naphthalene system is above 40%.
