摘要
壮医养生思想是壮族人民在与疾病做斗争过程中,逐渐总结积累的防治疾病的方法和经验,具有鲜明的民族特色。本文在壮医养生理论"阴阳为本,三气同步,气血均衡"等基础理论的指导下,从"顺应天地,同步天地人三气""畅通‘道路’,协调脏腑气血功能""均衡气血,涵养机体形神""祛毒补虚,益气安神""和谐情志,养性宁神"五方面探析壮医养生思想调摄失眠的法则,初步探讨壮医养生方法对失眠的防治,旨在为人们防治失眠提供思路与措施。
Zhuang Health-Preserving Thoughts are ethnic methods and experience which are discovered and summarized by Zhuang people during their fighting with diseases.This article discusses rules of regulation under guidance of basic theories like‘Yin and Yang as basis’‘Synchronization of Three Qi’and‘Balance of Qi and Xue’from five aspects:complying Tian and Di in accordance with nature,unblocking Roads and Ways in order to coordinate Qi and Xue functions,balancing Qi and Xue to conserve body and spirit,driving out toxin while tonifying deficiency and harmonizing emotions and cultivating spirits.This discussion is aiming at providing ways and solutions to prevent and treat insomnia using Zhuang health-preserving methods.
