Research Progress on Ceramization Process of Steel Surface

摘要 钢在使用过程中,往往需要具备耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等特点,需要采取特殊的方法对钢进行表面改性处理,钢表面陶瓷化技术是一项新型的表面改性技术。综述了近年来国内外钢表面陶瓷化技术的制备方法及特点,主要介绍了溶胶-凝胶法(SoL-GeL法)、喷涂法(spray coating法)、化学气相沉积法(CVD法)的优缺点及其现阶段的研究成果,指出了钢表面陶瓷化技术的发展趋势及重点研究方向。 In the use process of steel, it is often necessary to have the characteristics of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and so on. The special methods need to be taken to modify the surface of steel. Steel surface ceramic technology is a new surface modification technology. The preparation methods and characteristics of ceramic technology on steel surface in China and abroad in recent years were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of sol-gel method(SoL-GeL method), spray coating method and chemical vapor deposition method(CVD method) and their current research results were introduced. The development trend and key research direction of ceramic technology on steel surface were pointed out.
