摘要
以水性氟碳涂料及自制纳米氧化锌为主要原料,制备出一种透明的抗紫外线耐开裂涂层材料;分别以透明载玻片及彩绘木板为涂覆对象,通过紫外-可见分光光度计和紫外光耐气候试验箱对涂层的透明性、紫外线吸收能力以及耐候性进行检测。研究结果表明:该涂层材料不仅具有高透明性,而且对彩绘层具有明显的保色和耐开裂功效;目前该涂层材料已成功应用于西安城墙敌楼彩绘保护的研究中。
A transparent coating material with ultraviolet resistance and cracking resistance was prepared using waterborne fluorocarbon coatings and self-made nano-zinc oxide as main raw materials. The transparency,ultraviolet absorption and weatherability of the coatings were tested by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and ultraviolet weather-resistance test box,respectively,using transparent glass slides and color-painted wood panels as coating objects. The research results showed that the coating material not only had high transparency,but also had obvious effects of color preservation and crack resistance on the painting layer. Now,the coating material had been successfully applied in the research of the protection of Xi’an city wall enemy buildings.
