摘要 对于无法改善低渗透层非均质性严重的储层,常规酸化作业无法解决问题,这就需要采用转向酸化技术才能达到均匀改造的目的。自适应转向酸化技术是一种新型的改善非均质性的方式,本文对VES自适应转向酸体系设计,优选出表观粘度较大的配方为:4%VES+10%HCl+1%兰826缓蚀剂+1%乙酸+1%NH4Cl。同时对优选配方进行多因素考虑,并对岩心溶蚀效果、转向酸破胶性能评价,最后通过岩心驱替实验验证转向酸的加入可使增渗率由23.57%增至39.58%,符合施工条件。运用comsol软件模拟转向酸的进入地层的过程,结果显示其能对高渗透率区域封堵,可有效改造低渗区岩心,表明转向效果较好。 For reservoirs which can not improve the heterogeneity of low permeability layer, conventional acidizing operation can not solve the problem, so it is necessary to adopt steering acidizing technology in order to achieve the purpose of uniform transformation.Adaptive steering acidizing technology is a new way to improve heterogeneity. In this paper, the design of VES adaptive steering acid system shows that the formula with large apparent viscosity is as follows: 4%VES+10%HCl+1% blue 826 corrosion inhibitor +1% acetic acid +1% NH4Cl.At the same time, the optimal formula is considered by many factors, and the core dissolution effect and the performance of turning acid to break glue are evaluated. Finally, the core displacement experiment proves that the increase of permeability can be increased from 23.57% to 39.58%, which accords with the construction conditions. Comsol software is used to simulate the process of turning acid entering the formation. The results show that it can seal the high permeability area and effectively transform the core in the low permeability area, indicating that the steering effect is good.
