摘要
为了减少工业上物料在管道运输过程中的热量损失,得到多层管道保温时最合理的内外布局。可根据导热方程来计算,并且在设计计算时,保持外界与管道内温差不变的情况下,只需比较热阻的大小,便可得知热损失大小,通过计算得到多层圆壁管道在不同情况下该如何布局和保温层的经济厚度,多层方管道的选择提供了一些方法。
In order to reduce the heat loss of industrial materials in pipeline transportation, the most reasonable internal and external layout of multi-layer pipeline insulation is obtained. It can be calculated according to the heat conduction equation and keep the temperature difference between the outside and the inside of the pipeline unchanged in the design calculation. In addition, the heat loss can be obtained by comparing the thermal resistance.The layout of multi-layer circular wall pipeline under different conditions, the economic thickness of insulation lay-er and the selection of multi-layer square pipeline provide some methods.
