摘要
本文通过科技文献与网络调研,对省级科技文献共享平台的发展现状进行调研与梳理,从可持续发展的定位出发,提出省级科技文献共享平台建设与服务方向,为区域科技文献资源的共建共享提供参考与借鉴。省级科技文献共享平台必须实现从资源的共建共享到资源的高效利用、从文献服务到知识服务、智库服务的转型。
In this paper, the development status of provincial scientific and technological literature sharing platform is investigated and sorted out through scientific and technological literature and network research. Starting from the positioning of sustainable development, the construction and service direction of provincial scientific and technological literature sharing platform is proposed to provide references for the co-construction and sharing of regional scientific and technological literature resources.The provincial science and technology literature sharing platform must realize the transformation from co-construction and sharing of resources to efficient utilization of resources, from literature service to knowledge service and think tank service.
