摘要
目的探讨综合护理在前列腺增生(BPH)术后尿失禁中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月~2018年8月我院收治的80例BPH患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较两组护理总满意度、暂时性尿失禁发生率以及治疗前后的负面情绪评分。结果观察组的护理总满意度明显高于对照组,暂时性尿失禁发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组的负面情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的负面情绪评分低于干预前,观察组的负面情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对实施手术治疗后出现尿失禁的BPH患者进行综合护理干预有良好的应用效果,可以调整患者心理状态,降低患者手术后的尿失禁发生率,进一步提高了患者预后效果和生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigation the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with urinary incontinence after prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)surgery.Methods 80 patients with urinary incontinence after surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The patients in control group were given routine nursing measures.The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of temporary urinary incontinence and the score of adverse emotion before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of temporary urinary incontinence was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of adverse emotions between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of bad emotions in the two groups were obviously improved,and the improvement of the patient sundefined bad emotions in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for BPH patients with urinary incontinence after operation has a good effect,which can adjust the psychological state of patients and reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence after operation.Further improve the prognosis of patients and quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
