摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管隧道最终接头是一个巨大的楔形钢筋混凝土结构,总重超过6000t,用浮式起重机安装在两节沉管之间约12m的空间。由于水下安装空间两侧严重受限,且三维方向上互相影响,可用的安全距离仅有5cm左右,再考虑风力、海流、浮力等因素,接头要在安装位置上方始终以1.5cm的平面误差姿态缓慢下沉实现对接,难度之大无异于“海底穿针”。为此,文中就最终接头入水前后的姿态、吊装安全要求、理论值与实际值的偏差等因素进行了详细分析和论述,并提出了调整最终接头姿态的可靠性技术方案。
The final joint of the immersed tube tunnel of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a huge wedge-shaped reinforced concrete structure with a total weight of over 6,000 t.It is installed between the two immersed tubes in a space of about 12 m with a floating crane.Both sides of space are severely limited due to the underwater installation and installations in the three-dimensional direction affect each other,the available safe distance is only about 5 cm.Considering the factors such as wind force,ocean current,buoyancy and so on,the joint must slowly sink at a plane error posture of 1.5 cm above the installation position to realize docking,which is as difficult as“thread a needle underwater”.Therefore,detailed analysis and discussion are provided on the posture of the final joint before and after immersion,the hoisting safety requirements,the deviation between the theoretical value and the actual value and other factors,and the reliability technical scheme for adjusting the posture of the final joint is proposed.
