摘要
基于2005—2017年县域数据,从经济发展机会、农业发展机会、潜在发展机会、内部风险和外部风险5个维度综合测度大别山连片特困区36个县域的多维贫困,并进行维度分解,在此基础上,测算大别山连片特困区贫困重心的迁移路径。结果表明:第一,各县域多维贫困程度普遍较深,阜南县、固始县等一直处于中度到重度的贫困状态;第二,外部风险维度对贫困贡献率最高,其他维度贡献率总体较为接近;第三,贫困重心呈现“东南—西北—东北”的迁移路径,但移动幅度较小,且多年来一直处于皖北和豫南的交界地带。
Based on the data from 2005-2017 at the county scale,this paper constructs a index system from economic development opportunities,agricultural development opportunities,opportunities and potential development of internal and external risks to calculate the multidimensional poverty index of 36 counties in Dabie mountain contiguous destitute areas.And on this basis,measures the migration path of poverty focus in Dabie contiguous destitute areas.The results show that:Firstly,the counties of multidimensional poverty level is generally deep,Funan,Gushi and other counties have been in moderate to severe poverty;Secondly,the external risk dimensions of the Dabie over the years contributes to the poor mountain area with the highest rate,the overall contribution is close to other dimensions;Thirdly,the Dabie mountain poverty center experience from the“northwest-southeast-northeast”,and over the years has been in Northern Anhui and South Henan.
