摘要
环面蜗杆四轴联动加工技术的出现对加工设备的结构形式提出了新的要求。基于四轴联动环面蜗杆数控磨床的研发和试验,介绍机床设计中的关键几何尺寸和运动参数,较为详细地分析了磨头回转臂长对编程轨迹和插补转角的影响,分析了磨头回转臂长、加工中心距和传动比对蜗杆径向和蜗杆轴向移动行程的影响。这些通过多年生产实践考验的参数有重要的参考意义。
Aiming at four-axis-lingkage CNC process technology for hourglass worm,some new requirements to structure of machining unit have been put forward.Based on research and experiment to a four-axis-lingkage CNC grinding machine of hourglass worm,the key geometrical size and moving parameters were introduced.The effects of the arm length of the grinding head rotary table to the programs trajectory and interpolation rotary angle were analyzed also.At same time,the effects of the arm length,machining center distance and transmission ratio to move parameters on both X axis and Z axis were given in detail.The experimental data verified in workshop practice are useful certainly.
