摘要
人口老龄化问题长期影响着人口的发展、社会的稳定,如何解决好老龄化问题受到社会广泛关注。本文利用老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(2014)调查数据,采用二项Logistic回归模型,实证分析区域视角下社会保险对农村地区老年人的经济支持情况。结果显示,新型农村养老保险对农村老年人的经济支持具有显著负向影响,而公费医疗制度能够很好地缓解农村老年人的经济压力,并且其他保险对农村老年人的经济支持不显著。区域、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、自评身体状况、大病次数、对子女的经济支持、子女数量、家庭经济地位均与农村地区老年人收入费用显著相关。强化医疗保险作用、缩小区域之间的差距、增强家庭内部支持对提高农村老年人收入水平具有明显效果。
The problem of population aging has long affected the development of population and the stability of society.How to solve the problem of aging has been widely concerned by the society.This paper makes use of the survey data of the elderly health influencing factors (2014),and uses the binomial logistic regression model to empirically analyze the economic support of social insurance for the elderly in rural areas.The results show that the new rural pension insurance has a significant negative impact on the economic support of rural elderly,and the public medical care system can well alleviate the economic pressure of rural elderly,and the economic support of other insurance for rural elderly is not significant.Regional,gender,age,marital status,self-evaluation of physical condition,number of major illnesses,financial support for children,number of children,and family economic status were all significantly correlated with the income of older people in rural areas.Strengthening the role of medical insurance,narrowing the gap between regions,and strengthening internal family support have obvious effects on improving the income level of rural elderly.
