摘要
以富马酸和甲醇为原料,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂采用直接酯化法制备富马酸二甲酯,考察了酸醇比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度等对产品收率的影响。由实验确定了直接酯化法合成富马酸二甲脂的最佳合成条件。当酸醇比为1:12,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂且用量为原料量的12.93%,反应温度为75℃,产品的收率最高。
Dimethyl fumarate was prepared by direct esterification with fumaric acid and methanol as raw materials and sodium bisulfate as catalyst.The effects of acid-alcohol ratio,catalyst type,catalyst dosage and reaction temperature on product yield were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions of direct esterification were determined according to experimental data.When the ratio of acid to alcohol is 1:12,sodium bisulfate is used as catalyst and the amount of raw material is 12.93%,and the reaction temperature is 75 C,the yield of the product is the highest.
