摘要
随着电力行业在设备体量和设备复杂性等方面的快速发展,电力设备的检修困难程度也与日俱增。由于我国国家电网的覆盖面积广、服务对象多,使电力设备始终保持良好工作状态是民生的基本保障。本文通过分析电力行业电力设备的检修现状,依据信息化管理的方法优化现有电力设备的检修效率和效益;主要从检修系统功能运作方面对系统模型进行设计,通过逻辑结构图表述适用于电力行业检修的管理信息系统。本电力设备检修系统将传统的人工线下排查故障转变为信息化管理,将设备的运行状态从人为评定等级转换为实际监测数据,并通过管理信息系统对电力设备的检修人员、资产管理、轮转调度等环节实施实时监控,解决了线下监督设备运作情况的响应速度慢、故障解决不及时等问题。
With the rapid development of electric power industry in terms of equipment size and equipment complexity, the difficulty of power equipment maintenance is increasing day by day. As China’s state grid covers a wide area and serves a large number of customers, keeping power equipment in good working condition is the basic guarantee for people’s livelihood. This paper analyzes the maintenance status of power equipment in the power industry and optimizes the maintenance efficiency and benefits of existing power equipment based on the information management method. The system model is designed mainly from the functional operation of the maintenance system, and the management information system applicable to the maintenance of the power industry is expressed by the logical structure diagram. The power equipment maintenance system to transform the traditional artificial offline some troubleshooting for information management and the running status of equipment from human ratings into actual monitoring data, and through the management information system for power equipment maintenance personnel,asset management, rotation scheduling implement real-time monitoring, monitor equipment operation solved offline slow response, failure to solve problems in a timely manner.
