摘要
通过对桨叶可调节部分的调整,减少其由于制造偏差引起的质量分布和气动力的不平衡,实现桨叶交付的一致性。建立标准桨叶体系,在动平衡试验台上进行桨叶的测试和调整,通过控制批生产桨叶动态特性参数的公差,使之达到了单片互换的要求。
Through adjusting the adjustable part of the blade,the paper reduces the imbalance of quality force and aerodynamic force caused by manufacturing deviation,and realize the consistency of blade delivery.To establish a standard blade system to test and adjust the blades on the dynamic balancing test platform.By controlling the dynamic characteristics tolerance of the batch blades,make it reach the requirements of blade interchange.
