摘要
介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院开展政府医院合作托管区县级中心医院的背景,阐述了其在管理团队遴选、托管目标协商、管理理念输出、多方考核机制健全等方面的主要做法及所取得的初步成效。研究提出,政府医院合作托管区县级中心医院要将区域居民健康指标纳入托管目标、调动派驻专家团队积极性以及发展互联网+医联体。
This paper introduced the background of hospital trusteeship,which is based on the cooperation between Wuhan Union Hospital and government cooperation,and the main approaches and contributions in improving hospital management such as management team selection,development goals consultation,management concept output,assessment mechanisms establishment and so on.The authors suggest including that bringing the indicators of regional residents'health into the development goals,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the dispatched expert team and developing the Internet+medical alliance.The study suggests that the hospital trusteeship should incorporate the regional residents'health indicators into the hosting objectives,mobilize the enthusiasm of the expert team and develop the Internet+medical Confederation.
