摘要
对于石油企业,地面工程建设是不可或缺的一部分,作为油田安全环保生产的有力保障,其高质量要求更是重中之重。随着石油科技创新生产力的高速发展,油田地面工程涉及土建、管道、设备安装等类别越来越广,如何高效、快速、科学提高工程质量,质量监督工作不可或缺,虽其不属于五方责任主体的工作,但代表着业主方(油田企业)的利益。延长油田虽经百年的发展历程已进入世界300强,但质量监督工作刚刚起步,巨大的挑战伴随着机遇和可能。本文将根据延长油田地面工程建设实际情况对质量监督工作展开探讨。
For petroleum enterprises,surface engineering construction is an indispensable part. As a powerful guarantee for safe and environmental protection production of oil fields,its high quality requirements are the most important. With the rapid development of Petroleum Science and technology innovation productivity,oil field surface engineering involves more and more categories of civil engineering,pipeline,equipment installation,etc. How to improve engineering quality efficiently,quickly and scientifically is indispensable for quality supervision. Although it does not belong to the work of the five parties,it represents the interests of the owners(oil field enterprises). Although Yanchang Oilfield has entered the top 300 in the world after a hundred years of development,its quality supervision work has just started,and great challenges are accompanied by opportunities and possibilities. This paper will discuss the quality supervision work according to the actual situation of surface engineering construction in Yanchang Oilfield.
