750 kV超长钢管混凝土人字柱变电构架温度效应分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究温度效应对750kV钢管混凝土人字柱构架变电站结构内力和变形的影响,以及在此类结构中不设置温度伸缩缝的可行性,以国内首例750kV钢管混凝土构架——甘肃桥湾750kV变电站为工程背景,利用SAP2000有限元软件对工程拟采用的两种钢管混凝土构架方案(中间支承结构和两端支承结构)的温度效应进行分析。结果表明:在不设置温度缝条件下,温度工况为两端支承结构构架的控制工况,而非中间支承结构构架控制工况,且两种构架方案在不设置温度缝的情况下均满足设计要求;通过对比夏季安装和冬季安装两种工况,认为构架在冬季安装比较合理。 To study the influence of temperature effect on the internal force and deformation of the 750 kV concrete filled tubular(CFT)substation truss structures,and the feasibility of without setting the expansion joint in the kind of structure,the temperature effect of the two kinds of CFT frames(intermediate suppoort and two-end supporting structure)were analyzed with SAP 2000 software,based on the engineering background of the first CFT 750 kV substation in China,Gansu Bridge Bay 750 kV substation.The results showed that:the temperature condition was one of the control conditions for the two-end suporting structure rather than the intermediate support structure without setting the expansion joint,and two structure schemes all met the requirements of design.By comparing the two kinds of construction schemes including summer construction and winter construction,the winter construction was considered reasonable.
