摘要
对pH值极高的水性无机富锌涂料进行增稠研究,对比了无机凝胶增稠剂、无机凝胶增稠剂、气相二氧化硅、纤维素、聚氨酯类增稠剂、碱溶胀型增稠剂对其基料的增稠作用和防沉效果,并评估了几种增稠剂对基料的贮存稳定性和涂膜耐盐雾性方面的影响。结果表明:选用聚氨酯类的SN-612、纤维素类的HEC-1和QP-X作为水性无机富锌涂料基料组分的增稠剂是比较合适的。
In this paper, we study the thickening of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings under extremely high pH. We compare the thickening effect and anti-settling effect of inorganic gel thickener, fumed silica, cellulose, polyurethane thickener and alkali swellable thickener on the binder. We also evaluate how these thickeners influence the storage stability of the binder and the salt spray resistance of the film. The results show that it is more appropriate to choose polyurethane-based SN-612, cellulose-based HEC-1, and QP-X as thickeners for the binder of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings.
