微信公众号在《护理学导论》教学中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微信公众号在《护理学导论》教学中的作用。方法选择本院2015级五年制护理专业6~7班共110名学生作为对照组;2015级五年制护理专业4~5班共112名学生作为实验组。对照组不作处理,实验组关注“护理学导论学习平台”微信公众号,并参与微信公众号内容推送。两组学生选用同一教材,由同一教师授课,课程结束后同时测试。结果实验组成绩优秀率(34.82%)明显高于对照组(7.27%)(χ^2=25.24,P=0.00);实验组成绩满分率(11.60%)明显高于对照组(0.90%)(χ^2=10.75,P=0.00);实验组的期终测试成绩为(72.63±20.89)分,对照组的期终测试成绩为(67.12±15.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.24,P<0.05)。结论微信公众号能显著提高学生对《护理学导论》知识的掌握水平,激发学习兴趣,满足学生的参与感和成就感。 Objective To explore the role of WeChat public account in the teaching of Introduction of Nursing Theory. Methods In this study,110 students coming from class 6 and 7 of five-year nursing speciality of grade 2015 were selected as the control group,112 students in class 4 and 5 of five-year nursing major of grade2015 were enrolled in the experimental group. The students in the experimental group were required to follow learning platform of"Introduction of Nursing Theory",a WeChat public account,and participated in the WeChat public account content pushing,no measures were taken in the control group. All the students in the two groups use the same textbook,and the course was taught by the same teachers and tested in same time at the end of the course.Results The excellent rate( 34.82%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 7.27%)( χ~2= 25.24,P = 0.00),and the rate( 11.6%) of full scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 0.90%)( χ~2= 10.75,P = 0.00). The test results of the experimental group were( 72. 63 ± 20. 89),and the test results of the control group were( 67. 12 ± 15. 38),the difference between the two group was statistically significant( t = 2. 24,P < 0. 05). Conclusions WeChat public account could significantly improve students ’ mastery of the knowledge of "Introduction of Nursing Theory ",stimulate their interest in learning,and satisfy their sense of participation and accomplishment.
