高压直流断路器中能量吸收支路设计方法综述 被引量:12

A Review of Design Methods for Energy Absorption Path Design in High Voltage Direct Current Circuit Breakers

摘要 高压直流断路器(high voltage direct current circuit breaker,HVDC CB)是构建直流电网的核心元件。能量吸收支路(energy absorption path,EAP)因具有吸收剩余能量,抑制过电压等作用,成为HVDCCB中必不可少的部分。以EAP所处HVDCCB类型的不同为依据,对国内外已有研究进行归纳整理,进而探究EAP能量吸收的特性;并对3种不同类型HVDCCB中EAP的能量吸收过程进行仿真分析和横向对比。同时,针对EAP设计中吸能元件具备的辅助功能,即限压、限流功能和时序控制功能,分别进行阐述,并验证其有效性。最后,以直流电网为应用场景,介绍了2类不同形态HVDC CB中的EAP设计。在总结现有EAP的设计方法的基础上,指出设计发展的瓶颈,并对未来研究趋势进行展望。 The High voltage direct current circuit breaker (HVDC CB) is the core element in the construction of DC power grids. The Energy absorption path (EAP) has become an indispensable part of HVDC CB because of its function of absorbing residual energy and suppressing overvoltage. Based on the different types of HVDC CB in which EAP is located, the existing researches at home and abroad were summarized and sorted out, and then the characteristics of EAP energy absorption were explored. The energy absorption process of EAP in three different types of HVDC CB was simulated and compared. At the same time, the auxiliary functions of energy-absorbing elements in EAP design, such as voltage limiting, current limiting and timing control functions, were described and verified respectively. Finally, taking DC power grids as the application scenario, this paper introduced the EAP design of two different types of HVDC CB. On the basis of summarizing the existing EAP design methods, the bottleneck of design development is pointed out, and the future research trend is prospected.
