Chemical Constituents of Periploca forrestii(Ⅱ)

摘要 目的:研究黑骨藤的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并运用理化分析及现代波谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果:从黑骨藤70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为:1-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(1)、杠柳苷L(2)、21-O-methyl-5-pregnene-3β,14β,17β,20,21-pentol(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、臭矢菜素B(5)、丁香树脂醇(6)、8-羟基松脂醇(7)、丁香醛(8)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸(9)、丙三醇(10)、异莨菪亭(11)、尼古丁酸(12)、表丁香树脂醇(13)、3-O-咖啡酰基-4-O-芥子酰基奎宁酸(14)。结论:其中,化合物1、10、12、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3、8、9为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Periploca forrestii.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by using various chromatographic techniques.The structures of the compounds were determined by physical and chemical methods and spectrum analysis.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Periploca forrestii,and identified as 1-O-caffeoylquinic acid(1),periplocoside L(2),21-O-methyl-5-pregnene-3β,14β,17β,20,21-pentol(3),daucosterol(4),cleomiscosin B(5),syringaresinol(6),8-hydroxypinoresinol(7),syringaldehyde(8),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy cinnamic acid(9),propanetriol(10),isoscopoletin(11),nicotinic acid(12),episyringaresinol(13),3-O-caffeoyl-4-O-sinapoylquinic acid(14).Conclusion:Compounds 1,10,12,14 are isolated from Periploca genus for the first time,compounds 3,8 and 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
