摘要
湖北省宣恩县是一个典型的山区小城市,发生内涝灾害频率高。论文对宣恩县中心城区排涝现状进行分析,构建宣恩县中心城区防涝综合体系,探讨了山区小城市防涝规划特点。
Xuan’en county of Hubei province is a typical small mountainous city, where the waterlogging disaster often occurs. The current situation of flood drainage in central district of Xuan’en county was analyzed. And the waterlogging prevention system of this district was constructed. The characteristic of waterlogging prevention planning in small mountainous city was also discussed.
